Jeffrey Campbell 8th Street + OOTD

I'm so excited to finally show you guys the Jeffrey Campbell shoes I ordered from Nasty Gal! They're called the Jeffrey Campbell 8th Street, and they come in black, black patent leather, and a purple fade. I opted for the obnoxious fuchsia ones because I don't own any pink shoes and they're similar to the pink Dr. Marten Clemency boots that I've been eyeing. Plus, the spikes on the back are totally bad ass! (They're actually pretty sharp if anyone is wondering). But I'll admit, I got them mostly because they were on sale (typical Filipino here, always looking for a bargain). I read a lot of online reviews on them before making any hasty decisions though because I'm normally really skeptical about ordering shoes online, so I wanted to be absolutely sure of what size I chose. I can't tell you guys how excited I was when I checked my school e-mail and saw that I had a package waiting for me at the front desk. It was a pretty big deal to me since these are my very first pair of Jeffrey Campbell shoes! My collection can only grow from here!

I did already wear the shoes yesterday, but I decided to wear them again today. I had to do a presentation in my Fashion Trend & Analysis class so I wanted to dress a little more formal. I love the pop of color the shoes give against the neutral palette I chose to wear. And of course, I'm sporting my beloved disco pants. I really need to invest in the navy blue pair because this is getting a bit ridiculous! But as I like to tell myself, at least I'm getting my moneys worth! Anyways, I can't believe it's already Friday tomorrow! I feel like it was just the weekend. Hope you're all having a great Thursday!
